It was a thrill to watch Blockbuster. The build up of the mystery, this flirtation with the classics, the irony, the colors and the light. Wow! I love the perfomance of the narrator, the dog and the fire. Beautiful. Also, I feel that the flames reflecting through the lenses of the filmmaker is one of the best scenes I've ever seen. A metaphor for whatever it is that exists between the Cinema and the movie. Or an Ode to our eyes - of those who see - getting to experience the world itself. Beautiful. Blockbuster carries in it not only this aura that respects the tradition, but the audacity of the creatives. Must watch. :)
