Bill Murray, Christopher Walken, Ben Kingsley, Idris Elba, Scarlett Johansson, Lupita Nyong'o, and Neel Sethi in The Jungle Book (2016)

Crazy credits

The Jungle Book

Edit

The film ends with the Jungle Book storybook closing shut, in a parallel to The Jungle Book (1967) starting with this book opening. Part of the closing credits are seen within this book, with King Louie singing "I Wanna Be Like You" during the sequence.

The Disney logo has a hand-drawn animated design and resembles the 1960s Disney logo, to homage The Jungle Book (1967)'s era. The logo features Disneyland attractions of the 1960s: the Mark Twain Riverboat, the King Arthur Carrousel, the Casey Jr Circus Train, the Matterhorn, the Main Street USA, and the Jungle Cruise riverboat/landmarks.

The end credits show a logo for Fantasound (at 1:45:13), the stereophonic sound system developed for Fantasia (1940), side by side with the Dolby Atmos logo.

The Disney castle logo shrinks into jungle foliage as the camera pulls back but the film title moves off-screen left as the camera adds pan right motion to its pullback, panning first to a Bambi scene and then to a jungle scene.
