Taxpayer sponsored drama documentary about one of the important figures of danish politics in the 1970's, Anker Jørgensen.
If you are looking for a Borgen style political drama, please move on, as this 3 episode show primarely will entertain die-hard danish social democrats with its one-sided almost propoganda for a prime minister who came very close to running Danish economy into a state of bankruptsy.
Even though the cast is fairly decent, the script is weak and the mix between dramatization and real footage is confusing and weird.
Most of the major political oponents are portrayed as morons, while Anker Jørgensen is portrayed as a PM who made the most from a difficult period of time, even though its widely recognised among historians, that his administrations economic policies just worsened the situation.
Its basicly a social democratic fairy tale, not that alligned with history.
