Anker is a drama mini about Anker Jørgensen the Danish PM fra 1975 - 1982. Show is somewhat well acted and drama element is well put together. You really get the feel that you are in Denmark in the late 1970s. It also give an insight into Danish politics of that era.
The main problem is the show is totally one sided, and praises a man who's policies literally caused Denmark to go bankrupt later in the 1980s. Show is written, directed by the husband of the current PM of Denmark. Director/writer belongs to the same party as both the current PM of Denmark and the late Anker Jørgensen. Anker is therefore sadly more party propaganda, than actual uncritical historical insight into one of the most complex Danish political figures of the late 20th century.
