Back in its Spanish era, daring! Media employed local talent for "Flesh for Sale", with distressing results. Instead of the lush, glamorous house style that came later with Brit talent, this Xavi Dominguez- piloted effort more closely resembles the incompetent Private Media releases of its era.

Like Private and its many Continental directors, Xavi has trouble with presenting English dialog for the international market. The dubbing is poor, and the cast sounds better in the BTS short subject than in the main feature on DVD.

Story of prostitution is bungled in failing to establish the issues involved, taking it for granted that the title tells all. It basically concerns a place where many girls reside, apparently to be used for prostitution while an undercover cop (lovely Valentina Rossi) foils the bad guys lead by tough blonde Tina Gabriel. Six sex scenes unfold fairly randomly, once again (as in most recent porn) oblivious to the niceties of character development or continuity. We are truly (in the 21st Century) in the midst of mindless Adult Entertainment in which all things are secondary to the supremacy of the "arousing sex scene".

I was most pleased with an entirely extraneous XXX vignette in which house girls Alexa and Faina, both sporting spectacular tits, service a lucky guy together on a bed in a nondescript bedroom that might have been added later on a pickup shoot. Ordinarily this scene would have stuck out as pointless filler, but in context such filler proved to be superior to the important, scripted content.

Some action scenes or violence would have helped the story, but instead we get mere confrontations and stare-downs that are typical not only of poor porn but also indie action films made without adequate budgets. Generally no-name cast (though Julie Silver is a reliable Euro Porn talent) looks good but performs indifferently.
