Pixar has released another clip from their upcoming Monsters University short film Party Central. The Oozma Kappa frat party gets underway as they start stealing party guests from Ror's frat house party. I already had the opportunity to see the short at D23. If you were a fan of Monsters University, I'm sure that you'll enjoy the short that Pixar came up with.
It took Pixar's team eight months to make the short, which is set to screen with showings of The Muppets: Most Wanted on March 21st, 2014. I also included the first clip that was released for you to watch in case you missed it. The story supervisor on Monsters University, Kelsey Mann, directed the short, and John Goodman, Billy Crystal, Charlie Day, and Peter Sohn all reprise their roles as the Oozma Kappa brothers. Thanks to Disney for the embed!

The new Monsters University short film Party Central was originally going to make its theatrical debut with Pixar's The Good Dinosaur this summer, but with the feature pushed back to 2015, the movie will now be screening with Muppets Most Wanted - hitting theaters in late March. If the short were still coming during the blockbuster season we would probably have had to wait a few more months in order to get our first wide-released look at it, but fortunately that's no longer the case. Moviefone has premiered a brand-spanking new clip from the short, which you can watch above. Directed by Kelsey Mann, a story supervisor on Monsters University, Party Central follows the nerdy brothers of Oozma Kappa as they try to throw a big on-campus shindig. Being as unpopular as they are, however, when the time comes for the event to start, nobody shows up. Fortunately, as you can...

Last summer, at Disney's D23 Expo, which is like Comic Con but exclusively Disney-related, during the animation panel, John Lasseter surprised the crowd with a brand-new "Monsters University" short called "Party Central." The short, which takes place during the events of "Monsters University" at a party thrown by dweeby frat Oozma Kappa (and makes inventive use of the monster-world's door technology), totally brought down the convention center.
"Party Central" is a zippy, wildly entertaining bit of filmmaking so packed with insane detail that, as soon as it's over, begs to be re-watched. We're thrilled to bring you a clip and exclusive images from "Party Central," which will make its grand, slime-soaked debut ahead of "Muppets Most Wanted" next month.

There were few bigger cinematic surprises that came out last year than Pixar's Monsters University. Going into the movie I was apprehensive due to the terrible track record of prequels, but walking out I was amazed by the progression of the characters, the surprising and important message of the story, and by just how much I laughed throughout the whole thing. I found myself wanting even more from the Monsters universe, and in March Pixar and Disney will be delivering just that. Entertainment Weekly is now reporting that when James Bobin's Muppets Most Wanted hits theaters it will be preempted by a new Monsters University short called Party Central. I actually had the pleasure of getting a very early look at the short film all the way back in August during the Walt Disney Animation/Pixar presentation at the D23 Expo. The six-minute short begins as Mike (Billy Crystal...

As any Jim Henson fan could tell you, Muppets and monsters are an ideal match, like chocolate and peanut butter or Cookie Monster and sugary baked treats. It’s only fitting, then, that Disney is set to unveil the latest Pixar short film — a Monsters University spinoff titled Party Central — in front of Muppets Most Wanted when that movie hits theaters on March 21.
In the six-minute short, which Disney first debuted at last year’s D23 Expo, Mike and Sulley and their Oozma Kappa frat brothers try to throw a monster blowout party but are dismayed to find that no one is showing up.
