A Day Like Tonight

This is Philipp Walsch and Patricia Allison's debut short. The inspiration for the film came to Philipp Walsch after visiting an abandoned manor house in the countryside of Gießen, Germany that had been vacant for hundreds of years. Nothing was done to the location, all wallpapers and appliances are original. The house was sold and the works began to turn it into a hotel and congress center only 3 days after they wrapped filming. This film tells its last story.
