I was never a fan of John Tesh or his wife. Not that I don't care for them, but was never interested or compelled to watch any of their work. I came upon this show last night. I thought it was so very funny. I loved the banter between John Tesh, his wife and her son. What was entertaining was that John Tesh and his wife have an 'older' perspective and Connie Steven's son brings the younger generation's perspective to the table. It was very refreshing and clever. It was also humorous that they have that family connection that fuels the banter and inside jokes. I'm not sure what the regular TV schedule is, but I hope to catch it again. It was informative, but light. I think there is too much crime, death and dark TV shows these days. We need more shows like this!

First, let me say that I have never been a John Tesh fan of any shape or form; not for any reason (not his looks, not his piano, not his "journalism" nor acting).
Having said that, I find that even though this TV show/magazine is mind candy, I enjoy it. The woman (Connie) is his wife and as a man I must say she is very attractive. And she is 60 years old? What? I have never seen a g-milf before (just saying). The other guy (Gib) is actually Connie's SON from when she was married to Buck Rogers (From the 25th Century TV show, aka Gil Gerard). I truly thought maybe they were both Tesh's kids, at one point.
So yes, crude as I am in this review, it is still a good show. I am totally shocked I defend it because like I said, I don't dig Tesh. And my liking has nothing to do with Connie's hotness, FYI. It is just fun mind-candy with interesting facts sprinkled in.

This format is fun and easy to watch. I really love the show and wish they were still producing new ones with up to date studies and polls.

Unfortunately this program was aired in the middle of the day, interrupting my usual 24 hour news broadcast. That be as it may, the information presented in this magazine type program, is gratuitous and inane. I've experienced a much better quality of information of this type on much better produced programs i.e. Dr. Oz, The Doctors. Mr. Tesh has expired past his headliner days and should take a back seat or find a new vocation. I find his presence a bit uncomfortable and creepy with the elective surgery and Botox treatments. All and all it was a tactical error for Comcast programming execs with interjecting this poorly produced show into our afternoons. How they got advertisers behind this is a mystery.
