Dillon Vibbart (Norm) experienced many painful injuries performing some of the physical stunts throughout the film, leaving him with a few scars.

The opening shot was the first shot filmed and the last shot was the last shot filmed.
The skating sequence where The Bully chases Norm was originally much longer in the script, but was forced to be cut down once the production ran behind schedule.
The amphitheater seen in the film is Foster Park Bowl, located in Ventura County.
