The first music video created for the song but was never shown on television. The band and the the record company had an argument as the latter wanted something more 'cartoony' and children's TV-friendly. The band, particularly the lead singer Bill Carter, wanted something with less animation in it, pleading 'But it's not about the Flintstones...' But the record company won and a re-cut version with more color Flintstones footage was broadcast in the end.
