Most of the scenes take place inside Spanoletti, an existing restaurant in King's Cross, London, which is used for the main production design and was created by Henry Chebaane, who also wrote the film and dialogues, acts the part of Victor, produced and directed this short film.

Extremely funny film

An extremely funny and intelligent short that had me laughing a lot as we see the doom of the earth in the hands of an incompetent uncle more concerned with telling off his relative and putting the world to rights as the fate of the world hangs in the balance . Mark Silcox's deadpan humour and inability to understand the magnitude of a meteor hitting the earth , reminds me of 'Don't Look Up ' .The location of the sci fi restaurant is amazing in the middle of Kings Cross , Camden , London . The message is very apt as it's set in the future where humanity has been reduced to eating the same kind of food as we have destroyed all the nutrients from the earth , perhaps a prophetic revelation.
