When financial troubles threaten to shut down the facility and send the patients back to prison, Leopold and his unique crew of institutionalized societal outcasts, plot an escape. A warm summer romance kicks off between Leopold and Corrina (Scottie Thompson) as they enjoy youth and seek freedom.
