...this is not a road movie nor a biker movie; and all seems bland. Lack of tension and the plot is way too cliché.
Is about growing and the problems that teenagers would be associated.
Sometimes we need a "word" in the right moment to keep things going on strong.
The acting of the girl is not convincing.
The interaction of the scenes is a bit sloppy. The director tried but could not obtained a dreamy point of view of some decisive scenes.
Could be good.

Stupid little girls from troubled households making dumb life choices meet bad boys in motorcycle gangs with equally turbulent backgrounds. The romance, the rivaling male factions, the angsty teen drama, it kind of reminded me of Twilight (except anything Japanese is obviously levels above all Hollywood garbage). The cinematography is pretty good and that coastal Japanese scenery is always pretty to look at, but the story is a bit all over the place. A lot of random stuff happens but there is not much plot or character development. There is this looming war between two biker gangs, but we are never really shown what these gangs actually do, who they are and why they want to fight each other. Nothing is explored with adequate depth, so for a large part the movie I found myself not caring too much about what's going on. It does get better towards the end though.

I was skeptical about watching this because of the ages of the leads, but it was perfectly okay in how their relationship was. They both needed someone and they became irreplaceable existences to each other. The actors showed the character's love so well that I could feel exactly what they were feeling. The actors are worthy of awards, they were so good. The story was realistic and deep, diving into people who grow up in the tough world. The youth of the characters allow them to make mistakes and grow, but they stayed true to who they were in the beginning. This is now my favorite movie, the best I've ever seen. I never feel this much for a drama, but it was portrayed so well that it was undeniably perfect. Please watch this.
