In one of the medical records shown in the movie the word "depravation" is used incorrectly instead of the correct usage "sleep deprivation"
At one point they show a tray with a syringe and an O2 line. Later they show the syringe being used to put medication into the end of the O2 line as if it is an IV line. No O2 line is connected to the character.
When the priest is told to authorize the form he just signed with a fingerprint, it's noticeable that his thumb is black with ink even before he presses it down on the ink pad.
At one point one of the researchers mentions that it was discovered that one of the people being tested was being helped by a man with a neodymium magnet in his wristwatch, which had influence due to all of the tests having involved something containing iron. Neodymium magnets were not yet discovered at the time in the film when this event takes place. These specific types of magnets were not in use until over a decade later.
Some of the video footage from the 70s shows a digital date/time stamp. This was not available until the 80s.
