Charles "Buddy" DeWitt has a number ("5150" pronounced "fifty one-fifty") on his sweatshirt at Nutmeg Valley State Hospital. "5150" is the seventh record album by the rock band, Van Halen, and was released in 1986. The album was titled after Eddie Van Halen's home studio, "5150" which itself, was named after California State Law Enforcement term for a mentally disturbed person. According to Urban Dictionary, "5150" is police code for "Crazy one on the loose; danger to property, danger to others, and danger to themselves."
