This series of programs was like many netflix Doc's just too long and baseless, It reminded me of Chimp Empire Doc, where after watching whole thing could have watched last episode and it sums up point less program.
The two preivous episodes lead you in wrong dirrection and the truth is only discovered in last episode and when your whole program is based on a new discovery and that does not happen, then the program should be shelved.

The assistant claims she spoke to him on the phone and believed it was him.

Where did he get this police report, as it could not be release in court to prove Lucan was alive. Could the reason be it's fake. They say it is because he obtained it from serving officer and he wants to remain hidden, Revelling this would cost the officer his job.

This man named Stephen said, he was attacked by Lucan's boyfriend and court documents say that it did not happen. " Another witness proven untrue".
They then read letters given to them by Stephen , as if they are true.
Then meet this woman said the monk was a wizard at her sixth birthday party.
Then two real monks came to where he was teaching and said he was not a real monk and he left. Neil creates name Doougle and contact Monk from internet and then claims he must be Lucan.
They meet a Derik in Perth and he said he knew princess Margret.
Episode 3
Claims were check by police and it is not him full stop. Then Neil claims he must have had plastic surgery and it's him.
Speaks to man on phone on skype and man said yes, I have been on run,but might just mean on Journey being monk and then Neil calls him lord Lucan.
Confusing the old man who has moved and changed name many times in his life and clearly not quite with it. Called him Lucan and old man was not sure what he was talking about.
Another false ending.
They then claim some super software said the man is Lucan.
A friend of Lucan said it's not him, enough said, it's not him professor Hassan Ugails software must be wrong and as a viewer, I don't even know if he is a real Professor.
They 100% prove this man is not Lucan and try to clain software is different to police software and records.
All I can see is that this program is fake and not adding anything new to the story around Lucan.
It is based on lies and false statements and police that give them evidience.
They prove it was dead end and have somehow conned BBC and views out of money to make this program.
It is not what money should be spent on and the Lucan family should be respected.
