I found this series on Tubi. The title World of Weird suits the show. They go all over the world looking for strange and bizarre people. The first episode starts out with a man that makes art by painting with his penis. Tubi is rating it as TV-PG and it should be a TV-MA. Quite a few of the oddities deal with sex and there is even a vampire segment.
