    Relational issues

I like what this season is grappling with but I have some issues with this episode.

The way the female veteran group leader handles what Bradford said was wrong. Not that the point was wrong, yes Lucy had also to do with the decision at the hotel. But the way the veteran helper phrased it was insensitive as hell and certainly unfair. And not really helpful, could even be bad for Bradfor's personal development as a human. "You took away her agency." Which is not correct. The right tip here would have been, "You both made the decision, you should not take everything on your shoulder alone, Share. She is also an adult" Because that is exactly Bradford's problem. He thinks "I need to solve it" That's how he was raised by his parents (IMHO) If this is the conclusion of the Bailey than I will have so many issues with it that it easy will fill 600 chars. I will wait until next episode or the end of season for my conclusion about it.

But "I made you feel judged" is no good start.

There aren't enough characters to describe...

There aren't enough characters to describe how much I loathe the relationship between Nolan and Bailey. Not only is she a subpar actor, but her character is ridiculous. She's a firefighter (who mysteriously never wears her helmet on-scene or does any actual firefighting), a paramedic (at every scene involving Nolan), a capoeira instructor (who never seems to actually teach), and an Army Reservist who's a Lieutenant in the National Guard (despite those being completely different branches).

Add to that the fact that they have horrible chemistry and their interactions seem so forced. AND she literally was an accessory to MURDER and then Nolan apologized to HER?! Totally insane! I HATE IT!!!

    • Quotes

John Nolan: Can I ask you a personal question?

Tim Bradford: Usually, I'd say no, but I've been working on being more emotionally available, so shoot.
