I adore this show!
I am not much excited for shows that are filmed nowadays, but this series is adrenaline pure to watch from the comfort of my bed.
I adored the original physical 100 series also, but this format is more focused about being strong, having a plan and also being a team-player. Only together with your team-members you can win, single performances are not enough anymore..
This series is a non-stop thrill ride from start to finish. A must-watch.
I enjoy it and can't wait for the next episodes and season!

What Reality Television Should Be
I had watched Physical:100 Season 1 and 2 when they were both released on Netflix. I loved the show itself, but especially loved the premise behind the show. Having 100 contestants from all different backgrounds to prove who truly is the number one competitor in Korea (or physique in the show). I was excited to hear that they were making spinoff series off of the show, however, was worried that it would lose its original character. I have not been so invested, excited, or enthralled in a reality show I don't think ever while watching Physical: Asia. Seeing all of these different athletes and physical specimens from these 8 countries compete in a show like this truly displays the beauty of competition. Both the men and women in the show are literal specimens, and they are not holding back 1 ounce of energy. I think the fact that they are representing their own country makes them work even harder, especially knowing they are backing up their own country men and woman. That is also not to say that the games they have in the show are not equally as creative and grueling as the ones that they had in Physical: 100 seasons one and two. After seeing all the nonsensical and absolutely pathetic reality TV bull**** that we get on all of these streaming services, I think it is awesome that we have a show that highlights the extraordinary talents of these people who push themselves and show viewers what the pinnacle of fitness and competition looks like.
Binge able Sport Competition
I must say, I never watch the two season of physical 100 but planned to do it but physical Asia went out so I watch this first.
I did watch the one in Japon with the Beast Itoi.
The first 2 episodes was boring but then the competition really started and it was incredible to see all these athletes competiting.
For the critics about the presence of Australia and Turkiye in this.. well Australia is very often in asian competition (think AFC). For Turkiye, ys they are more close to Europe than Asia but anyway, big part of their country is in asia.
The show is amazing with grandiose stage and decor, The only downfall is the end... Didn't enjoy so much the final round unfortunately.
I hope this concept will continue with other continent maybe.

One of the very best
Physical 100 and Physical Asia are hands down the best sports shows out there. I love them because they showcase not just physical strength, agility, and stamina, but also strategy, teamwork, and most importantly, respect between the contestants. It is this sense of honor that makes the show stand out. Every contestant is a hero; there is no villain. You genuinely want everyone to succeed.
That is until a team from abroad shows up. Their arrogance completely clash with the spirit of sportsmanship that makes this show so special. It makes it hard to root for them, which adds a whole new layer of drama but in a frustrating way.
So far, the show has been epic, and I cannot wait to see the rest of the episodes!

Physical: Asia Took It to the Next Level
I loved Physical: 100 and had no idea what to expect when I started watching Physical: Asia.
I was thrilled to see the contestants competing in national teams and so surprised to see my country, Turkey, represented! After the first episode, I found myself cheering and waving our national flag with excitement.
The concept of Physical: 100 became even more powerful with the addition of team bonding and national spirit. Watching Physical: Asia was a delight, it's visually stunning and incredibly exciting.
Can't wait for the remaining episodes to air. Thank you, Korea!
