One of the very best
Physical 100 and Physical Asia are hands down the best sports shows out there. I love them because they showcase not just physical strength, agility, and stamina, but also strategy, teamwork, and most importantly, respect between the contestants. It is this sense of honor that makes the show stand out. Every contestant is a hero; there is no villain. You genuinely want everyone to succeed.
That is until a team from abroad shows up. Their arrogance completely clash with the spirit of sportsmanship that makes this show so special. It makes it hard to root for them, which adds a whole new layer of drama but in a frustrating way.
So far, the show has been epic, and I cannot wait to see the rest of the episodes!

Pure Adrenaline and Strength - A Must-Watch!
Physical: Asia is an absolute powerhouse of a show. With 8 countries competing against each other, this series takes physical competition to the next level. It's absolutely thrilling from start to finish - each challenge tests the limits of strength, endurance, and willpower to determine the best physique from each country.
What makes it even more exciting is the star-studded lineup, featuring big names like Manny Pacquiao and Robert Whittaker, among many other well-known athletes and celebrities. Each country brings its own unique strengths, making every round feel fresh and unpredictable.
There's no drama, no fake storylines, no BS talk - just pure, raw competition one after another. The pacing is tight, the editing is clean, and the athleticism on display is inspiring.
Even if you're not usually a fan of reality competition shows, you should definitely give this one a shot. Physical: Asia delivers intensity, authenticity, and global pride in every episode.

addictive
I confess I'm addicted to the "Physical" series. I loved the 2 Korean series and this one doesn't disappoint.
Unlike most western reality competitions, the contestants are serious athletes, some world renouned, not narcissistic influencer wannabes. The episodes center around the challenges, not manufactured drama. The competition is fierce but always respectful and in good humor.
There are also some quirks that i find goofy and endearing like the odd replays, the announcer dragging things out forever, and the occasionally hilarious dubbing. In my opinion they don't detract too much for the show, they give it character.
And of course it doesn't hurt that contestants are in splendid shape and very easy on the eyes.
If you like real physical challenges and hate silly fake drama, this is the show for you.

This show is awesome
I'm a huge fan of the original physical 100, this Asia version had me cheering for everyone on all teams I was crying, cheering angry and I was happy this show is a must see it's gonna hard to root for just one team cause then the other teams would complete a challenge in such an impressive way that you have to cheer and root for them this type of reaction will be happing back and forth untill someone makes a mistake and the team loses.
Binge able Sport Competition
I must say, I never watch the two season of physical 100 but planned to do it but physical Asia went out so I watch this first.
I did watch the one in Japon with the Beast Itoi.
The first 2 episodes was boring but then the competition really started and it was incredible to see all these athletes competiting.
For the critics about the presence of Australia and Turkiye in this.. well Australia is very often in asian competition (think AFC). For Turkiye, ys they are more close to Europe than Asia but anyway, big part of their country is in asia.
The show is amazing with grandiose stage and decor, The only downfall is the end... Didn't enjoy so much the final round unfortunately.
I hope this concept will continue with other continent maybe.
