The new selections include 11 channels from Warner Bros. Discovery, increasing the variety of channels available on Philo even further.
Philo is a handy live TV streaming service, one that comes with more options than it might seem at first glance. For $28 per month, the service delivers 18 of The Streamable’s top cable channels, but one of the hidden strengths of the service is the amount of free ad-supported streaming TV (Fast) channels viewers get alongside those cable networks. Philo is building that strength even more this week and has announced that it is welcoming 14 new Fast channels to its lineup.
Key Details: Cooking channels, networks dedicated to sports like tennis and pickleball, and more are now available on Philo. The channels are available to paid and free Philo customers. Philo now offers more than 100 Fast channels in total. 7-Day Free Trial $28+ / month philo.com

It was back in June of last year that we learned HBO Max had pulled the plug on the Ridley Scott-produced sci-fi series “Raised by Wolves,” cancelling the show after just two seasons. The series was subsequently pulled from HBO Max entirely, with promised plans to license the series (and others) to third-party free ad-supported streaming television (Fast) channels.
Making good on that promise, Bloody Disgusting has learned that “Raised by Wolves” has now found a new home at The Roku Channel, alongside HBO Max’s “Westworld.”

Many of the shows that have been dropped from HBO Max streaming are now on the 13 new WB-themed Roku channels, the streaming hardware and software maker announced on Tuesday. WB TV Watchlist will now be home to sci-series “Westworld” and “Raised by Wolves” as well as “La Femme Nikita.”
HBO Max revealed in December that they would be licensing shows including “Westworld” to third-party Fast services. Roku has its own Fast service, the Roku Channel, and hosts third-party channels through a channel store.
There’s enough WB content for 13 Roku channels, some of which are dedicated to family programming, true crime, pets, reality TV series, and do-it-yourself.

Warner Bros Discovery has finally nailed down plans to go the Fast route. Last year — in between an intense bout of cancellations and titles being pulled from their streaming home on HBO Max — the company announced plans to explore a free ad-supported television option (Fast). During the company's third-quarter earnings call, Warner Bros. Discovery chief David Zaslav made a point of saying that there's "a huge amount of content that's not even on [HBO Max/Discovery+] that's sitting with us that hasn't been put to monetize in the marketplace." In the spirit of cashing in, a new plan has been enacted. Over the next few months, 14 Warner Bros. branded Fast channels will arrive on Roku and Tubi.
Have you been longing to return to the days of cable television, with free TV shows being regularly interrupted by ads? Don't bother answering, because it's happening either way! The new Warner Bros Fast channels will feature popular titles including "Westworld,...

Roku and Tubi will be the free streaming homes for Westworld, Raised by Wolves, The Nevers and other Warner Bros. Discovery content that was recently removed from HBO Max, as part of a co-exclusive deal that includes “hundreds” of TV series and movies from the Wbd portfolio.
As reported in December, Wbd’s plan was to shop the series it had removed from its own subscription streaming service (as part of an expansive and seismic cost-cutting move) and shop them to Fast (free, ad-supported streaming TV) services.

[Brightcove "3951003848001" "" "" "auto"] It's been rough for My Five Wives star Karlie Jessop since giving birth prematurely. Jessop - Brady Williams's oldest daughter with his first wife Paulie - delivered Jacob "Huck" Jessop on Oct. 29 at just 25 weeks along. Baby Huck was born weighing only 2 lbs., 1 oz. Jessop felt a worsening pain in her lower back and decided to go to the hospital. Doctors informed her she was dilated and would have the baby that night. "He has a strong heart and an even stronger will to live," Brady and the My Five Wives family wrote on Facebook. "We are confident that with continued love,...

If there’s one thing Karlie Jessop has an abundance of, it’s mother figures. The 21-year-old daughter of polygamist Brady Williams, star of TLC’s My Five Wives, grew up in a family that practiced a so-called “plural” lifestyle. She is the daughter of his first wife Paulie, but also has four other mothers — Nonie, Rosemary, Rhonda, and Robyn. Now Karlie is a mom herself, welcoming baby Huck prematurely with her husband Jake on Oct. 29. Unfortunately, Jessop went into labor just 25 weeks into her pregnancy. Born [...]...

The process of adopting a child can be a difficult one, even for people who come from backgrounds that society finds to be more socially acceptable. But for a woman who is a practicing polygamist, the process can be next to impossible.
In the exclusive clip from TLC's docu-drama My Five Wives, 43-year-old Rhonda, the fifth of polygamist Brady Williams' five wives, is reaching out to adoption agencies across the country in an attempt to find a new baby to bring into her life.

However, she faces a number of obstacles. Namely, her polygamist lifestyle, which leads to many adoption agencies rejecting her inquiries outright.
Also, since polygamy is illegal, Brady is only married, by law, to his first wife Paulie. This means Rhonda is, technically a single mother.

TLC’s newest venture into reality television, My Five Wives, has been causing quite a stir due to its portrayal of self-declared “progressive polygamists,” Brady Williams and his five wives.
'My Five Wives' - Progressive Polygamists
TLC viewers will note the similarities between My Five Wives and the network’s other controversial programing, Sister Wives, also about a polygamist family. However, the stars and producers of My Five Wives are quick to say their family is unlike any polygamist family the world has seen before.
“I really consider myself a feminist,” Brady told ABC News Nightline, saying that he doesn’t consider himself the ruler of the household.
Williams and his wives, Paulie, Robyn, Rosemary, Nonie and Rhonda, consider themselves to be “progressive polygamists,” a term denoting their more liberal views. Brady, 43, was born into a Mormon family, but was only introduced to polygamy as a teen. He married his first wife,...
