Star Harry Hains died of a drug overdose on January 7, 2020 at the age of 27.
The film had its World Premiere on June 17th 2015 at the historic Castro Theater in San Francisco as part of Frameline LGBTQ Film Festival; coincidentally the day after gay marriage was declared legal in the U.S. by the US Supreme Court.
