During filming of Season 1, every independent business 'Suburbs' used, closed down shortly after filming. 'The Seventh Art' (Scott and Natalie's work) closed down so fast production couldn't send them a DVD, 'Mozzies Cozzies' (costume store) went out of business, and two cafes changed hands shortly after filming Stan and Amy dining out, and bar scenes.
