Bridgetown

This short explained complex emotional struggles that I have had difficulty articulating to others in regards to my own relationship with my dad. I first saw this short with my husband. It has stayed vividly in both our minds ever since. Some of the scenes were difficult to watch because they are so accurately depicted. I was especially impressed with the lead actor. His portrayal is intense and real. I would be extremely surprised if I was told he had not lived these scenes, in some form, in his real life. I felt like I was watching real life, beautifully filmed. I only wish that it kept going after the ending. I have only gotten one chance to see Bridgetown, but I look forward to seeing it again and sharing it with others.
