Can't believe they just dropped the story without properly ending it!! It's left in the middle of nowhere
After watching such beautiful setting and great acting this Miniseries leads you nowhere.

I enjoyed this version of Grand Hotel until the end of episode twelve. It left so many questions unanswered. The Grand Hotel that I truly enjoyed was the Spanish version.
The characters were all played well. The costumes were quite lovely. This was supposed to be 1905, so the investigations were primitive and they did a good job exhibiting this.
It was amazing to me how Pietro got away with all his own investigations, and didn't get fired. The hotel was beautiful, as was the Italian scenery, but it was the ending that left me cold. It would have been better to have a few more episodes or possibly a second season to tie up all the loose ends.

This show is set in Italy, and follows closely the one set in Spain and called The Grand Hotel. The acting in this rendition is very good and I enjoyed it ; however, I cannot believe they stopped the series and left it hanging like they did. This is criminal and they should at least come back with an abbreviated ending. Pitiful...
