The tone of this film is very similar to the predator with its jungle theme, but the creature is very different, way more powerfull. The story is quite simple and enjoyable and most of the characters are true Badass. Action is pretty well done and filming locations are similar to the original Predator.

OVERALL: I recommend this movie. I think it's got decent action and a likable cast even if they aren't expanded on too much.

Loved every minute into this, the story is not overly ambitious, they play it straight and the focus is given more to building tension, which it manages to do very well. The creature is really well done and they managed to put the alien hidden, until the last minute when finally he makes its appearance and it´s really great. It surprised me, it really did, i tought it would be something bad, but no... it´s that great, with very special weapons, the characters are interesting and all of them are well portrayed. Some are a little cliché, but the main character played by Pinecross is more human than a full action hero. It is above average for an action flick and screamed quality, despite a retentively low budget, and I definitely wouldn't mind to see it again.

Finally it has arrived, i´ve been waiting for this movie for 2 years, and the wait is over, but It did not disappoint. It was entertaining and fun to watch from start to finish, the characters are pretty thin and not much story develops outside of just staying alive. There's more to an action movie than the action. There's suspense and build-up. This movie had those. Just sit back, enjoy the popcorn and absorb it all. This movie is just begging for a sequel.

It´s just the most awesome low budget movie ever ! I´ve worked on this movie, and let me tell you, director Rui Constantino is a visionary, this man has great ideas to take a movie from the beggining to end with great intensity and wisdom. It´s a real team effort, and i´m very proud to have worked in a movie like this. There's a tremendous atmosphere as the mercenaries enter the jungle, it's like another world and straight away the audience is thrown out of its seat, when the first attack begins. The score needs mentioning, because it´s a great tribute to the original Predator. This movie is full of easter eggs of tribute to the Predator franchise, so look out for them. The alien creature is so cool and awesome, full of pratical effects, weapons and all. This is by far my favorite movie i´ve worked on.

So for me it is a definite 10 out of 10.

The movie begins with a team of expert mercenaries dispatched on a rescue mission. These guys are professionals and you do not want to mess with them. They get right to business to get the job done. But when an alien creature from another planet appears on the horizon using some sort of camouflage shield, and a set of special weapons, these mercenaries are in for the last ride of their lifes, soon the creature starts killing them, and all hell breaks loose.

It´s an incredible movie, for the budget it has, and there´s room for a sequel in the post-credits scene, so i´m expecting he will be back, so keep em coming, i want more like this, a new alien creature has arrived and it´s called (The Enemy) hope they clear out what is name is...i don´t want to call him enemy, they gotta come up with a better name. But all in all it´s an 8 for me.

I didn't know what to expect from this movie, it seemed like an action in the jungle, guns and blaze...but was i wrong... As far as the story goes, it follows in the line of traditional survival horror tactics of having a large number of expendable characters and the big bad monster. A mildly amusing story is there for those who wish to indulge in some twists and turns, but it does the job of moving things along. Performances for the most part are well done, especially from Pinecross who seems to have put in a lot of work in his character, also didn´t know the director was the creature, until i saw his name in the credits, good for him, it turned out great. The background score works well to create tension. The violence and gore are believable very well done, great practical effects. This movie is proof that even with a low budget you can make incredible things.

A true pleasant surprise of a film, straight to the point and action packed The cast and performances are great as are the majority of the action sequences. Should have been about half an hour longer to flesh out the characters and maybe have a few more plot twists but as a straightforward, entertaining and visually appealing sci-fi actioner it works.

Moving Sci-Fi film with plenty of action, chills, thrills and resulting to be pretty entertaining. This nail-biting picture contains action-packed from start to finish , gory scenes aplenty, thrills, emotion and entertainment.

I will give it 9 out of 10.

I am a huge fan of movies like this, so i was excited to see what they did with this tribute, so the movie starts very well with the team of mercenaries set to go on a rescue mission, but then the creature starts killing them one by one, and that´s when the gore starts to appear, As for character development, it goes without saying that it's remarkably sparse but effective. The acting is well all around, considering that this is not a very dramatically demanding story for anybody. The script is precise, it doesn't force the cast to act stupid, or insults the intelligence of the audience; another reason why it works! The creature is amazing and would make Stan Winston proud to see that they did a real tribute to his original creature. Rui Constantino delivered an absolute gem with this one. The pacing is superb. A great film, one of a kind.

The acting was solid as a rock, every scene just stood out and the movie kept you interested throughout its entirety. There was a nice amount of gore but, it was not overdone and I enjoyed that a lot. It draws you in. You start putting yourself in their shoes thinking "what would I do in that situation? How could you possibly overcome such a formidable enemy?" This really made all the difference for me anyway.

It´s an incredibly refreshing movie 9/10 for me.

The movie is a terrific mix of action, suspense and sci-fi. The acting is great and the special effects are top notch. The set pieces are amazing and the action kicks but. The story is great and the cinematography his epic! I Highly recommend it.

Trully a low budget masterpiece of action movies, jungle explosions with guerrilla warfare. A must watch for sure, if you want a sci fi action film that thrills from start to end, see this !!!

This enemy is only an enemy for us humans because we see him as a threat, and then we shoot him, and that´s why he becomes our enemy.

I would love to see this guy battle the predator, that would be so great, both have invisibility cloaks, super weapons, full of technology, but the enemy can teleport himself and bring new weapons from his ship, the predator doesn´t do that.

I don´t know but i think the enemy would win.

But it would be a great combat.

For me the movie was super cool and i hope they can bring more sequels.

This movie has a simple story, the alien looks wicked and his weapons too.

The jungle is used in a good way to hide the alien, he teleports himself, has various camouflages, different from the predator.

The cinematography of the jungle is appropriately hot.

An intense flick from start to finish.
