A movie made as a way to suck public money

3 years since release: 29 votes so far.

This is a movie NOT made for its story. The story is only a vehicle. A vehicle made to use public money. So the film is slow to develop. And there are long pauses. Filler. I would not be surprised to find out the white middle class boys involved in the production of this film about the close relationship of two poor minority women are related to politicians. The characters are not believable. The acting is poor. And the script, well, it's better than some of the low quality French literature of the 21st century.
