When 'D' is in the Prison Cell in the basement of the hotel the Sheriff gives him the lithium tablet, he doesn't put the white lid back on the pill bottle. But when he turns around when she comes in with the coffee the lid is back on the bottle and then back off again.
When D walks thru the secret doorway in the basement he has nothing on his head, but when he goes down the ladder he has a watch cap on his head.
