The stars in the logo are made out of ninja shuriken (throwing stars).
The Nickelodeon Movies logo is set in darkness and shines with a mutagen green light.
Part of the closing credits are a sequence of illustrated scenes from the film.
When the film title appears in the closing credits, a comic corner-box image appears at the top left that features the four Turtles and the number 2. This is a homage to the Turtles' comic origins, and represents this being the second film in the Platinum Dune series.
A version of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1987) theme song (featuring the Ninja Rap from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze (1991)) plays over the closing credits.
