In this movie, Seal says he got the scars on his face from wolves. In real life, he got the scars from lupus, an autoimmune disease. The scientific name for wolves is "Canis lupus".
The character of Hunter the Hungry is believed to be a loose parody of the rapper Tyler the Creator.
