David B. Stewart III's used the same deck of cards from his movies "Friday the 13th Part X: To Hell and Back" (1995) and "Operation: Nazi Zombies" (2003). In "Friday the 13th Part X" it was used by the character Bob (Peter Hock) when he is playing solitaire and in "Operation: Nazi Zombies" it was set out on the old table in the room that the character Lt. Col. Baxter (Sean Hutcheon) flips over. Dave likes to use some of the same props in his movies as "Easter eggs."
The film accurately shows all of the SS general officers as wearing the pre-1942 collar rank insignia which was replaced during the spring of 1942 after the SS created a new Colonel-General position requiring the revamping of their rank insignia. This would be historically correct since the action of the film is taking place near to the front lines where it would have taken some time for new uniform accessories to have been issued.
The silver tray that Himmler brings Danuta's food on was also used in the movies "Apocalypse Kiss" (on the coffee table) and "Sugar Skull Girls" (in the trailer and used by Michael Berryman).
The room that Himmler occupies in Hell is a set modeled after a concentration camp gas chamber.
Most of the props and costumes were made from reproduction supply houses. Some of the uniforms were East Gernan tunics which were much cheaper to buy and almost identical to the WWII SS uniform.
