Arrowhead (1953)
More correct picture.
As opposed to the politically correct people here, i think this movie portrays the Indian more realistic than the politically correct image will have it. Fact is it wasn't only the white man who broke treaties and peace initiatives. It's not good to show this down the politically correct memory hole. That's why I think this kind of movies are important and should of course be shown on TV. Of course, I wholeheartedly disagree with the notion that this movie should be banned like some reviewers have hinted upon.
A strong performance by Palance and a fine Heston plus a very interesting storyline makes this one of my favorites.
Deep Blue Sea (1999)
No match for JAWS
Deep Blue Sea wasn`t at all as good as JAWS, It didn`t have the quality cast of JAWS and the music score lacked in comparity.
Deep Blue Sea had however one a fantastic looking actress in Saffron Burrows which really for me made enjoy the movie somewhat. I love this genre, but Deep Blue Sea depended too much on special effects which was sometimes really over the top,for example the speed of the shark sometimes, too fast for me. The film should have been made at better and more intersting locations. Through all of the film we hear references to god, and that`s was negative too.
All in all i give this a 6 because of Burrows and the genre.
Lady Boss (1992)
Entertaining and beautiful
Lady Boss was an extremely entertaining film all the way through. Together with an extremely beautiful and terrific cast this makes the film one of the best of the 90`s.
The cast was very hot, including extremely handsome Jack(pointman)Scalia, he delivered a beautful performance, Vanity is one gorgeus woman and we can se that here, David Selby gives us a great performance as well.
The film had an interesting story and was often beautifully filmed, all in all extremely entertaining.

Texas Justice (1995)
Dynamite performance from Strauss
All in all I enjoyed the film very much, the trial part was great but the scenes outside the courtroom wasn`t as good or as interesting. The 3hour long film delivers well developed courtroom drama and a dynamite performance from Peter Strauss, he shined. Heather Locklear's character isn`t very well developed so that was a negative part.
Pointman (1995)
One of the finest series
This excellent TV series was one of the finest shows ever made. It had sun, action, extremely beautiful settings in sunny California and some really interesting storylines. All this together with a dynamite handsome Jack Scalia who was absolutely perfect for the part, this is one extremely handsome actor that only can be surpassed by Roger Moore in looks.
The series is about an ex banker that tries to help people who are in trouble. The last episode for example was probably the best thing I`ve ever seen on a TV show, I`ve never seen anything like it, the episode had a terrific and interesting story.
Too bad the series only had 24 episodes before it got cancelled. When I think about TV series like One West Waikiki starring Richard Burgi and Cheryl Ladd and MR. & MRs. Smith (13 episodes) also got cancelled before it even started I get really frustrated. All of these was terrific series that should have been around for a long time.
American Ninja 5 (1993)
David Bradley knows his stuff
This fifth outing in the American Ninja series is just as fine as the others, i got just what i expected.
I expected a lot of ninja fighting and I got it, from the very competent David Bradley, It looks like he really knows his stuff and that`s always a big plus.
The film opened with a bang with Bradley showing his stuff in a training studio, this was best in the film. It also contained some entertaining car chases and had some fine comedy in it, but the fighting takes first position.
Rattled (1996)
Fine and suspenseful
Rattled was a very fine film. It had suspense and very fine performances, Shanna Reed looked extremely beautiful, the same did Monica Creel, Katt also delivered a fine performance.
Every scene with the snakes was extremely well made and at times really terrifying. Nice scenery and fine background music also contributed to the success.
This was one the finest, scariest and enjoyable films I`ve seen.
No Retreat No Surrender (1985)
This is an outstanding film
No Retreat, No Surrender was a fantastic film which is one my absolute favorites. It reminds of the equally great The Karate Kid and Rocky 4 starring Sylvester Stallone. These three films came out during the mid 80`s and as we know most of the finest film was made from 84 to 90, No Retreat, No Surrender was no dissapointment.
When i rented it the first time when i was 12 me and my brother watched it 7 times in one day. The film is full of comedy and moving moments and the subject of martial arts is right down my alley, all around this is an outstanding picture that has all the right elements. The fact that most of the players are unknown doesn`t make a difference, they fit right in this film.
Kurt Mckinney is very fine in the lead role.
Twins (1988)
Absolutely gorgeous film
Twins is one of the finest films ever made.
It stars a particulary fine Schwarzenegger in his first comedy outing and he was outstanding in every scene, DeVito shines all the way through and he has many funny lines. Together they had the charisma and talent to make for many memorable and superb scenes, it was all outstanding in this film . An extremely beautiful Kelly Preston also starred and gave extra spice to the film.
The story is cute and charming, the music soundtrack was very good and Georges Delerue and Randy Edelman gives us the best tunes ever made.
As comedies go Twins is my favourite because it combines a perfect cast with a charming story and great music. Great directing job by Ivan Reitman.
Medusa's Child (1997)
This is one of the reasons i watch movies.
Medusas Child reminded me of why i watch movies in the first place, after so many mediocre and boring movies, this one was really quite special. Director Larry Shaw and everyone in the crew set a standard for those big time directors who surely are beaten by this superior thriller.
The film had everything to offer, great suspense and intensity all throughout the 2h50min. It had fine performances from it`s entire cast, Spano, Sheen and Loughlin was especially fine and so was the extremely beautiful Gail 0`Grady, her beauty shines every time.
This film is so good all the way through it surpasses Executive Decision(1996) in every aspect and I think that is a superior film as well.
Sabrina (1995)
The finest film of the 90`s.
Sabrina was to me the finest film of the 90`s. The players was extremely charming and enjoyable to watch.
Julia Ormond gave an outstanding performance and she looked so beautiful. Every scene with Ormond stands to me as memorable because the way she looked was so perfect that she remains the most perfect woman in movie history. Everything from her hair and clothes to her face and smile was heavenly in every way.
Harrison Ford also starred and he was absolutely splendid in a great role that was just perfect for him and he delivered a so memorable performance that i appreciate Ford as one the finest actors around. Greg Kinnear gave also much to the charm and comedy of the film.
The soundtrack is outstanding, with many incredible fine tunes and songs that matches the beauty of Julia in a perfect way.
From the first moment of the film you can see it`s gonna be a great film. It combines comedy and charm with lies and sadness in such a perfect way that I remember this film as a great and memorable one.
All these elements made me pick this one out as the 90`s finest movie and everyone must appreciate what Julia Ormond did in Sabrina in every way.
Shout at the Devil (1976)
Very good action sequences and outstanding performances.
Shout at the devil proved to be a bit of a surprise to me, I expected a boring war film, but I was very positively surprised.
The film starred my favorite actor Roger Moore and he delivered a good performance. At 49 he looks extremely handsome, like he did in all the Bond films, Moore is an outstanding actor. Lee Marwin also starred an outstanding performance in all aspects of the movie.
The film was directed by Peter Hunt who also directed On Her Majesty`s Secret Service (1969), he proved then he could make a great action adventure, and he did so again. With great action sequences and some very good humour delivered brilliantly from Marwin and Moore.
Shout at the Devil proves to be one of the finest films of the seventies.
Mr. & Mrs. Smith (1996)
Highly entertaining short lived TV series.
Too bad this TV show only lasted 13 episodes, because it was one of the most entertaining and more watchable TV series in the 90`s. It starred the very fine actor Scott Bakula, he did a great job, by his side Maria Bello stood, a fine looking actress who also did a fine job. They played undercover agents going from mission to mission for a secret agency. Many of the episodes were filmed on great locations.
Although not all the episodes was equally good, the series provided good quality entertainment that should have continued for more seasons.
The Bourne Identity (1988)
Jaclyn Smith is an extremely beautiful actress.
This thriller starred Richard chamberlain and Jaclyn Smith.
It starts out great the first 45 minutes, with great locations shots and good calmness to the film, the next 60 minutes are more mediocre, but the film picks up the pace the last hour to provide a very good film and some great scenes.
Richard Chamberlain delivers a great performance and Jaclyn Smith looks like the queen of beauty in this film, she delivers a very fine performance as well.
All in all this was a very well made film, too long but who cares when it stars Jaclyn Smith.
Dangerous Waters (1999)
Solid thriller with good performances
Dangerous Waters delivered a good solid thriller.
Connie Sellecca and Matt MCcoy stars and they were both very good. The film also had great locations on land and on water, the beautiful locations really heightened the entertainment value. Fine background music was another positive element.
All round the film gave me what I expect from a good thriller.
North Star (1996)
Quite good
Tashunga was a quite good movie that was helped from a good cast including Christopher Lambert. Lambert as always gave an effort like no one else and he was very good, Morten Faldaas was another who gave a fine performance.
The film had suspense and great music.
One West Waikiki (1994)
All the right elements made for the best show ever.
This was a great show that had all the right elements. Great settings, beautiful weather and an extremely good looking Cheryl Ladd combined with a really fine Richard Burgi as the two stars. All this was combined with interesting and exiting plots and fine background music.
It was a shame for all human kind they cancelled it, never ever had all these elements worked so well together. One West Waikikii gave me high quality standard entertainment that surpasses other great T.V shows.
On Dangerous Ground (1996)
Very fine looking women
This movie was really enjoyable. Although the plot wasn`t extremely interesting at times, the film had other qualities like some of the settings and beautiful women. Dapkunaite and Deborah Moore get a high score for there beauty, especially Dapkunaite was very charming. The music score was also fine and contributed as well.
The movie was 2h 40 min long but it was fine all the way through.
This was the first of Rob Lowes involment in Jack Higgin`s novels to be filmed, he showed in both film he`s a fine actor.
Honor Bound (1988)
A fine film with a lot of carstunts
This film delivered fine entertainment, the film was based on a true story and it was executed as good as possible in this film. It was filled with great carstunts, the best i`ve seen in a long time. The movie delivered fine performances from Skerritt, John Philbin and beautiful Gabriella Lazure.
Commando (1985)
Probably the best action film.
Commando is in my mind the best action film out there to date, this movie was made 14 years ago and no other film can push it out of first position.
The film got everything: a great looking Arnold, extremely fine music by James Horner and great settings for the action scenes. It`s a great ride of perfection when it comes to entertaining action fans. Rae Dawn Chong and Alyssa Milano gives fine performances as well.
F/X2 (1991)
pure entertainment
This movie was pure entertainment, it did not have a good plot, but it`s entertaining as hell and with fine actors as well.
Bryan Brown and Brian Dennehy is both fine in the lead roles and they give the movie extra spice.
The movie can also offer great enjoyable to watch special effects and very good staged action scenes.
In & Out (1997)
Debbie Reynolds is extremely good looking
This was a nice movie, it had a quite funny dialogue, some beautiful surroundings and fine people involved. This is a movie you can enjoy watching more than once.
Kevin Kline was good as usual and Tom Selleck also fine. The beautiful Debbie Reynolds was excepetional and extremely good looking in the role of Kline`s mother. She was so fine that she can stand up to other greats, beautiful women like Julia Ormond and Joanna Going. All these women give there movies something special.
Although it`s no Twins it sure is one of those fine movies you enjoy watching.
Wall Street (1987)
Excellent film with great characters
This was an excellent film which stars two of the finest actor in hollywood. Charles Sheen gives a great intence performance and he looks very good, considering his age he gives one hell of a performance. Michael Douglas gives a fine performance as usual in one of the greatest characters out there, Douglas was a perfect casted in the role.
Both the parts of Sheen and Douglas was great written characters and you`ll enjoy their dialogue tremendesly throughout the film. This is what makes the film an excellent one. The performance from Martin Sheen is also great and gives the story extra spice.
The characters and their dialogue elevate this film and makes it one of the best dramatic films ever.
Wild Card (1992)
A fine movie
This was a fine film starring Powers Booth, He delivers a fine performance and is perfect for the part. Beautiful Cindy Pickett and Terry O`Quinn stars as well in this well above average film.
The movie is about Booth goes to a small town to look into a murder.
The movie has good action sequences and a good story to go with it, nice music also contributes and good performances makes this a fine entertaining movie.
