If you're looking for a picture that sums up everything wrong about director David A Prior, 'The Final Sanction' makes for a perfect mic drop. Very low budget filmmaking continuing his inability to write a decent plot or even shoot an entertaining flick. Extremely boring with nothing juicy to sink your teeth into even if you enjoy bad movies. Brother Ted stars alongside Robert Z'Dar, William Smith in a wasted effort.
The cold war between the US & Russia saw nuclear bombs get dropped so both countries to avert further loss of life agree to let the winner be settled thru a competition between their top soldiers. Court martialed, thrown in prison Sgt. Tom Batanic (Ted Prior) for America cause "he's the best" and Sgt. Sergi Schvackov (Z'Dar) for those Soviets. On US soil neck deep in the wilderness these men armed to the teeth stalk each other like prey as a game of politics, possible betrayal play out.
No action movie is meant to stand up to heavy scrutiny, but David Prior films are on a whole other level. Which means because you're bored to tears watching it you'll start questioning all the things that don't make sense. Too many talking heads scenes, a long build-up to the "battle" and a silly subplot of Batanic having a transmitter in his head. Sergi's fondness for throwing shovels, surviving point blank explosions and that ending ... wow.
I don't need to hide my dislike for Prior flicks as they sell themselves. Cheap, dumb and usually lacking in fun, but you got likable actors in his crap from time to time for paychecks. If 'Deadly Prey' is him at the top of his game then 'The Final Sanction' is in the running for his worst and should be avoided at all costs.

A favorite YT series of mine that covers bad movies in fun fashion did a 'Demolition Highway' episode recently, but I didn't see myself giving the full thing a go as it looked to have only one killer moment. Maybe on the "strength" of that bit or my own stupidity I watched it anyhow. An uncensored look confirmed it was indeed a doozy, but the rest wasn't.
Criminal Frank (Danny Fendley) 500k richer ambushed by thugs sees both him and his girlfriend shot (she dies) and the money taken. Frank ends up doing five years in prison, but upon getting out is picked up by old faces who leave no ambiguity boss Xavier Cardone (Joe Estevez) is behind the event years ago. So he seeks a measure of revenge against his old crew while protecting Summer (Lisa Tyre) caught in the middle.
Fendley sounding like a bargain basement Luke Wilson isn't a horrible actor, but he is stuck here. Joe Estevez well versed in cheap b-movies spews his dialog with zest and is a constant visual reminder of Emilio, Martin Sheen. Though it's blonde Tyre who gets the honors of being the biggest burst of joy. Unleashing her big guns and getting naked in the prerequisite sex scene is one of the best I've ever seen in an action pic and that's saying something. Very energetic performance.
Throw Uncle Joe kudos for chewing the scenery. Two big stars for Lisa. Otherwise 'Demolition Highway' is a bad movie for sure, but ain't a lot of fun. Very cheap, often boring and Tyre's only credit. Would have liked to see her again, but that's probably not my big brain talking right now.

'Warrior of Justice' aka 'Invitation To Die' is a dtv trip that also doubles as an obvious vanity project for writer / co-director / producer and star Jorgo Orgnenovski. Low budget means poor fight choreography, some suspect audio, bad acting, but also a barrel of laughs. Female nudity, villains running an underground fight tournament (of course), Jorgo's stilted English line delivery and an awful sword fight finale.
Karate dojo sensei George (Orgnenovski) becomes concerned when he doesn't hear from one of his pupils. His gut feeling turns out to be right when he vanishes after a shady fight. Verdugo (Jorge Rivero) a Karate ace himself runs a very profitable Kumite which harvests the organs of its losers while also entertaining wealthy friends / bettors. As George & his gf cop Sara (Shari Blum) slowly close in to shut 'em down.
If you've sat thru too many pieces of cheese you'll notice faces beyond just Richard Lynch slumming it in a bit part. Nick Hill (Fists of Iron), Ian Jacklin (Ring of Fire II), Nils Allen Stewart (Bloodsport 2). Plus Jorge is not gonna settle for just the standard vanity male butt shot. You almost see his taint twice. Blum get naked multiple times too and shows off a full bush. Add in swords, nunchucks, a crossbow and a silly karate-like yoyo along the way.
If you want a competent beat 'em up go elsewhere. 'Warrior of Justice' has a title credit sequence that doubles as an excuse for Jorge to flex incessantly to the camera for nearly three mins just to further drive my point home. However if you want solid laughs - daft dialog, disjointed closeups, lol training montage - this might hit the spot.
