It had a lame post-apocalyptic plot, gratuitous nudity (both male and female) and ridiculously gratuitous (almost comical) graphic violence...
In other words, it was everything you want in a teen horror flick. No, it wasn't scary. It wasn't meant to be. It was just plain silly. (Think I Know What You Did Last Summer with worse acting...)
It was perfect pizza and coke movie. If you're old enough to legally drink beer or wine (Snob!), you probably want to skip this one.

It even has a plot. (Granted, it's not a great plot.)
An extremely beautiful high-class prostitute accidentally goes to the wrong room to meet a rising politician whereas the journalist assigned to interview this politician hooks up with the prostitute's client for the night. Well, their fates are interchanged. The prostitute marries the politician who later becomes *governor*. The journalist becomes jealous and feels that the prostitute's current life and destiny should be hers. The rest of the movie is about the journalist's plan to steal the governor for herself.
The sex in the movie is good. However, like all soft-core films, they waste too much time with foreplay. (I'm a man!) Surprisingly, the acting is good. (It's much better than most network dramas these days. And, definitely better than any daytime soap.)
All in all, it's a pretty good flick. >
