I began reading The Count of Monte Cristo some time ago and absolutely loved the book. So I was extremely happy to discover that the movie was coming out. It was wonderfully done. My new favorite movie! It had everything a good movie should have +plus some totally rad sword fights!! The 'Count' scenery was absolutely beautiful, the actors (especially Guy Pearce) were perfect for their parts, and a classic tale of revenge......who could ask for more in a movie? Maybe you'll be so lucky as me to get the little kid at the front of the theatre that shouts 'kill him' at every sword fight...who knows. But one thing for sure is you have to see it for yourself, you're in for a big treat. 11 stars out of 10. Bien!!

One word: Hafrickinlarious!!! That's what snl is. Jimmy Fallon, Chris Katan, who doesn't love em? Some parts may be done in poor taste, but the whole thing is generally hilarious. I especially love 'Mango'. Or off of the older ones, Eddie Murphy w/ 'Mr. Robinson's Neighborhood'. It's an experience everyone has to have, so go watch it!!

When I first went in to see this movie I expected it to be one of those lame action movies (not my favorite genre). I was seeing it only for the special effects. But when I actually saw the film I was very pleasently surprised. It was excellent. It had everything a movie should. You MUST see this movie to experience it. Also, another great thing about this movie is the religious discussions it can bring up (after the movie). A must see. Kat rates this film, "An excellent must see for everyone!!"
