An agoraphobic guy needs medical attention. When the paramedics try to take him in, he gets violent. Apparently, Cameron had some experience with him and becomes protective. The guy will agree to treatment if he doesn't leave his house. This leads to a series of dangerous efforts, including tricking and sedating him to get him to the hospital. Cameron is too honest, tells him, and he goes berserk. House gets into the act. He is having a bad time with his encounter with Cuddy and seems off his game. Chase and Cameron are having a bad time. Taub and his wife are on the ropes too. The final scene as House stands outside Cuddy's house is quite moving.

Thirteen has a death sentence. She is a lesbian (I guess). But the show has slipped into soap opera. Much like the medical soap that House watches. While having a tryst with a hooker, the falls and goes into convulsions. Thirteen calls her a phony attention getter, but then she realizes she is on the level. This leads to the diagnosis of a deadly condition that is incurable. Thirteen tries to console this patient by leveling with that she, herself, is dying. I don't know. This episode left me cold. I too am getting tiired of the private detective who is investigating all of House's friends and associates.
