A cold grave is a unique one man show approach that asks the question; Can a one man movie be a good movie? My answer is yes it can. I love the unique, sometimes confusing idea of this movie. Ben Newmark brought Roger to life for the second time and he killed it. Sit back and enjoy this ride. Im a sucker for new, creative movie ideas. Push the boundaries, don't follow the typical FF molds and see what you can create. A cold grave is a start to that. I hope DBS keeps breaking the molds and goes for bold movie ideas. This may not be your cut of tea. Keep supporting indie horror movies/movie companies like DBS films.
DBS did it again, I'm a huge FF fan and absolutely loved Into the forest. This was a second take on that story and I think it hit better. The actors was really decent, the more lore and backstory was good. Character depth was lacking but didn't bring the movie down in any way. I do wish we got to see the "witch" more. The ending was very lackluster and almost angering, which is a little bit of a themselves with these movie makers.
Plenty of jumpscares to go around.
The biggest thing is their use of their fans in the moves. I absolutely love how they utilize DBS fans for side roles.
Can't wait to see what DBS pulls out next time!

I thought it was a pretty decent FF movie.
The whole town setting was great and had a good crewp vibe to it. I wish they would have had a few more jump scare@ but all in all definitely worth a watch.
