This is a film about courage and patriotism, the portuguese sniper is a man of pure charisma, bravery.

The supporting cast is simply great.

Delmar is a true hero, this movie depicts this, not through slow motion, juiced up violence but a deep and dark production of the brutal reality of snipers, what they have to live for, and how they see the world, there are many menaces for him, in this movie, and this is what makes the movie good, a little flaws here, and there, but nothing to fancy.

The soundtrack has ups and lows, but does the job The special effects are satisfying, for a low production like this.

I enjoyed it and i would buy it on DVD.

Saw this one as boy, from the early days of VHS the cover always grabbed my attention, until the day came i rented it, what i got was a cheesy b movie of creatures, always loved it and always wanted a sequel, this is Andrew Divoff filme debut, later he would be the Wishmaster, the soundtrack is good, and story is too good to be true.

Neon maniacs has one of the best intro´s ever of horror.

What can i tell you all about this suspenseful movie... It´s charged with real stress, and start to sweat more than it´s protagonist because we want him to succeed, at this violent game (yes violent but on a mind level) whenever he is stuck with a problem he tries to overcome his opponent with great skills but that´s not an easy task because on the other side of the line, there´s doctor death, that´s is name on the credits, a creepy villain, with a voice that sounded to me like Draculea.

So my rating is 9 because we don´t see this kind of experiment of a movie so often, and horror can be many things, even without blood.
