At least the production quality is good
Cons: super linear characters, bad and predictable character development, boring story line and basic storytelling, very slow paced, forced comedy, mostly bad acting.
Pros: professional production, mostly good dop and decent music as long as the characters in the movie weren't trying to rap or such.
Life's a Glitch with Julien Bam (2021)
I have never seen anything more boring.
I have watched weeks worth of short movies and I have never been less entertained in my life. This production truly had nothing good about it. The acting, cast, script, plot and music was horrible and unbecoming. I actually root for every German streamer production, but Life's A Glitch with Julien Bam actually threw us back. Please Netflix Germany, start making better decisions.
Thor: Love and Thunder (2022)
Undoubtably one of the funniest movies this year
I don't believe I have laughed this hard since corona came around. The acting is amazing as expected from such a cast. And the insanity of Taika Waititi comes through greatly in this masterpiece of a super hero comedy. The jokes are so on point, from the over the board goats to Russell Crow's unexpected accent. Waititi manages to surprise us in many ways in every production he does. Thank you so much for reminding me why I love moves. I didn't think once about all the negativity that is surrounding my life right now, while watching this nor for the rest of the evening. Action, comedy, directing, dop, everything was just on point here.
