  • Oscar 2003?!

I haven't seen The Pianist but I have seen Chicago. How come Chicago had so many nomination (and Oscars) and this movie none.

Tom Hanks, Paul Newman, director, script writer, camera, and (especially)music all deserved at least nominations.

As if nobody from the academy hadn't even seen this movie.

This isn't a great movie but it is one of the best movies in 2002. Far better than some that won Oscars.

  • Far too long.

There is at least 60 minutes with absolutely nothing. It could have been simply cut out. This would have been a good movie if it was 90 minutes long. Like this it was just - booooring.

  • Boring

I'm a big fan of John Wayne. I am not a big fan of John Ford (though I do like few of his movies).

This movie is boring. Don't watch it.

If you want to see some westerns please try Howard Hawks, Anthony Mann or Sergio Leone.
