South Park is back to form this season with the "celebrity" bashing at its peak. Noem was depicted with scary accuracy, wont get into spoilers but Matt and Trey delivered. It wasn't even that offensive of an episode, the MAGA crowd is just insanely sensitive like delicate little snowflakes. Not as good as the first episode but still one of the best SP episodes in the last 5 years.
The GME saga is certainly an interesting one, especially the side of the dimwitted bagholders that created their own version of a cargo cult. It's truly incredible to see the formation of conspiracy theories akin to Q-Anon being created by those without even a tenuous grasp of basic economics. The conviction that the "Apes" have is remarkable, their willingness to throw their life savings down the drain for a failing video game pawn shop is truly something to behold. At the very least, this is a well told cautionary tale that warns of the dangers of betting your financial wellbeing on fiction, conspiracy theories, confirmation bias, and internet cults.
