Zeruda no densetsu: Sukaiwôdo sôdo (2011)
Amazing
I believe this games negative criticism to be absolutely unfair. If you simply either play it on the switch with the normal controllers or actually give the motion sensors a try, it's not as difficult as described and can be a very fun type of gameplay.
I've seen some people call it repetitive and I really don't understand how they can perceive it as such. How do u relate any of these dungeons with one another? The mechanics used are all far too different, the places and atmospheres are each unique and beautiful and the only repetitive boss fights are girahim and imprisoned. The only aspect of this game I dislike is imprisoned, and even he can be fondly remembered imo.
I simply disagree with these people tbh. Game is original, unique, beautiful and super fun.

Gives a rare type of comedic relief
This show is very hard to describe. The whole concept is something you would have never thought as a prospective series plot, but somehow was turned it into it.
It's got its intense moments, but it is definitely not about the intensity. It's very weird, because it gives something similar to comedic relief, but not entirely about the comedy; like a happy relief.
The two protagonists are both stuck in hateful moments of their lives and are exhausted, but as most uf us know, life doesn't give you the chance of changing reality; as such, since they're tired of pretending and being around pretentious douchebags, they choose to get as real as can be, and it's very fun. Some chapters are a bit worse, but I loved the uniqueness in it and how they basically created a weird type of feel good series.
They were truly capable of conveying their characters' feelings with this (at least to me).

Breathtaking
Memories of murder is an amazing watch. Quick synopsis: it takes place back in the 80s and is based on the investigation of the first confirmed south-korean serial killer; mind you, the detectives aren't going to be jake Gyllenhaal in prisoners since this movie happens in a very rural and non sofisticated area where the intellectual standard is a simple mind.
If you watch this movie, don't expect it to be sugar coated. It is a raw yet beautiful depiction of a group of detectives dealing with a series of tragic events (mind you, not like you've ever seen (pretty good pace)).
The somber environment is mesmerizing (you'll come to realize that colors get taken away throughout this movie, leaving red as the only vivid color in the palette).
The score (the music) is amazing (hands down one of the best soundtrack collections I've heard).
The character development is incredible. The characters in this movie walk in and crawl out*. I find it amazingly hard to explain this without spoiling, but I can say right now that the characters you see at the beginning are barely the same people at the end, and it is simply beautiful.
It's got it all. Great plot, amazing score, mesmerizing cinematography, incredible characters and hands down my favorite ending sequence ever.
Note that most of this is a personal opinion and it may not adapt to you.
