Movie got me frozen. I lost father 3 months ago for basicaly same reasons (including brain tumor) and suddenly Knox came to as I'd have watched father's agony. Loosing, basic cognitive functions, straight thinking. Memory.

Amazing story with amazing characters. And then I was shocked when Keaton (Knox) came with key asking for locker. Family found about my father's state with such small details - one day he came and showed with hands, that he needs "the thing" that unlocks doors. He was lost in backyard, just like Knox at the end. Dementia is a very tragical way to go - hard disc bad sectors, memory damage. Hope they find cure some day.

One Spitfire (all pilots are flying and sharing the same aeroplane :) ), one garden shed and one patch of grass as airfield doesn't make a war film (or any film at all), especialy with long fruitless conversations, no story at all and mediocre CGI. If possible, watch it only for your amusement how bad this movie really is with all obvious mistakes. One can not move aeroplane with wheel blocks in front, but still does. Oh, did I mention, that all aeroplanes have the same markings, even in CGI form? :) Chasing lonely He-111 bomber wihtout any gunners defence? What is this, arcade game BoB with novice level on? We had thousands of better aeroplane and war movies. So skipping this one no one will get hurt.

At first sceptical about another Life of Brian, Clarence is so much more. Though some crazy jokes and part time mocking out of everything, dramatic message of this movie is much bigger. It adresses core aspect of religion and belief thus make a viewer to think. Is it a miracle to stop the stone in the middle of a flight, or is it oposite, not believing in miracles and stay strong in one's own beliefs, saving many? McAvoy, Cumberbatch, Sy and LaKeith. And jews are black. So different, on the other hand, so fresh and new. When movie becomes too deep, it serves a joke and then goes straight serious again. Strongly recomending!
