Good for the whole family, this film follows Bilal, a misguided young man who gets into trouble with the streets. He meets Purple, who is a sort of mentor but is also caught up in the world of drug dealing. I thought Purple's character was so interesting and complex - he is a walking contradiction. Bilal learns a lot through the duration of his journey and has to choose the life he wants to live. I liked the representation and authentic muslim voices echoed throughout this film.
