I absolutely adored this movie, i've done countless college essays on it and i can honestly say i've watched it so many times i swear i could say every line. Craig Roberts and Yasmine Paige did a fantastic job on this movie and really caught the essence of Oliver and Jordana. The soundtrack is beyond phenomenal and Alex Turner did so well on it. Submarine is the perfect movie to watch at any time of year, it's funny and it really captures the reality of a teenagers life. I could talk about this movie for hours upon hours, everything about it is perfect and i would absolutely watch a sequel if it came out. The book is fantastic too and i fully 100% recommend it.

I went to see this movie today as a critic and it was quite literally the worst movie i have ever seen, it was so confusing and hard to watch. Many things happen that are unrelated to the plot, and i got so confused. There's characters in it that don't add anything to the movie, the ending is so disappointing. I watched it with a bunch of people and we all agreed that the movie is confusing and boring. It doesn't portray mental health in a way that's understandable nor does it portray a teenagers life properly. This movie is 100% not worth watching at all, save your time, energy and your money.
