Nice Classic RAre Colombian Film
Nice Classic entertaining Colombian film , it is not only a tragic LIfe Story (as the classic name suggest from the renowned Biblical GEnesis circumstances)but it is also Funny and even Erotic and has an interesting Plot which is not shown in a consecutive logic but given in different times,a revolutionary element in Cinema just like it happens in "Irréversible" (2002) or "Mulholland Dr." (2001)and other recent movies: this has been called "Nonlinear narrative" or "Disrupted narrative" and has been used in Strange forms or Art since even as early as the 20s, as in "Un chien andalou" (1929)or "Citizen Kane" (1941) , but here we are talking about a 1984 movie from Colombia,which makes it quite a bizarre and unique -and even revolutionary in my View- movie not only because of the epoch but because of the place; so I think this one, among other 70s and 80s Colombian films like "visa USA"(1986) and those based on Garcia MArques Scripts are far long way BEtter than the commercial crap you see on commercial TV channels nowdays.Anyhow, this bizarre film also has a Sort of Bunuel SUrreAlism and shows Colombia's particular idiosyncratic , social and political culture at its best -in my Opinion-; Great pick for non-conventional film addicts like Myself.

they're supposed to be 17 and 14, not 27 and 18, anyhow, its not that bad cause its a challenge to put this book into film
they're supposed to be 17 and 14, not 27 and 18, anyhow, its not that bad cause its a challenge to put this book into film but they don't show -as others-the part where they scape the house for a night to the lake, I think it was silly for them not to have escaped on time, well, its Fiction anyhow , isn't it ?, the Sexual parts are suggested-implied as Erotism, so I believe that is Fine, as the music, it was a film that shocked me as I saw it when I was about 10, pretty interesting story, I have recently been checking on the book and its pretty nice although I believe some of the parts,like them climbing the mansion wall down and up or like them especially they passiveness (not being aggressive and escaping on time)is a bit unlikely ans phony for this kind of a situation , anyhow, its quite a inspiring and disturbing story
