The people giving negative reviews and saying the good reviews are being paid for, go watch The OA on Netflix and come back to this. Brit and Zal have made amazing films and television already, that have had an impact on so many people. This show is only two episodes in and it has already caught my attention. I already feel a connection to Darby as well as Bill, I'm excited to see where their journey takes them. It had me wanting the next episode as soon as it finished! In my opinion B&Z can do no wrong, and there are countless others that agree! Even if you're not sure after these first couple episodes, I highly recommend watching til the end so you can judge it based off of the full story.

The trailer for this made it look so good! But then I actually watched it. The acting was really not good at all, which I get it, most of the cast are dancers not actors. But the dialogue was just terrible for the most part, they set up different relationships between characters that came completely out of nowhere, and they kept introducing more plot points that just didn't make any sense. It was all over the place. I only watched the whole season because I hate starting shows and then not finishing them. But yeah I really wouldn't recommend this show unless you want a couple laughs (at parts that weren't even supposed to be funny).

Supposedly due to feedback from fans, they completely changed the show for season 2. I loved season 1, and then I couldn't even get through the first episode of season 2 because it's just not as good at all. And from reading other reviews I'm definitely not the only one that thinks that. Super disappointed because I was really looking forward to more episodes after I finished season 1!
