This episode tried too hard to drag it out to make everything more dramatic and it did the opposite of what it was intended to do. I really love this show, but i dont like it when it tries too hard to make it more dramatic. Like, if the story of what they went through is horrific, then it doesn't need to be forced to be more. It comes off as a bad "b" movie. It would have been better to just each of them tell their story. And not have the extra drama about meeting each other. It was just totally unnecessary and the audience doesn't gain anything by turning it into a bad jerry springer episode. It cheapened the story dramatically. Personally, the first half of the episode was pretty weak anyway. The second half was better, but was cheapened by the forced drama about meeting each other. Please don't do this nonsense anymore.
Im a 52 year old devout conservative Christian so I actually really love christian movies.
I don't care if they seem a bit amateurish, because the story is the most important thing and no need to waste millions of dollars to tell a Christian story, especially since most people will just bash Christian movies anyway. I find reviews bashing Christian movies because they're Christian movies, lolwut?!?! If you don't like Christian movies, don't watch christian movies!
I always go into these movies really wanting to like them. I love Christian movies the best because they have a good message on how to handle life situations and problems, or trials of faith or persecution. This one was about persecution, based on a true story. Unfortunately, this movie wasnt interesting to me. It was slow and boring. I hate to say that.

I enjoyed this movie a lot. Im a Christian. I enjoy most Christian movies even though they are usually very low budget because I love the clean heart-felt movies with a feel-good message. I like to be provoked to think about decisions and the real purpose in life. I like to think about what really matters. Society really doesn't promote anything important anymore, so I look to Christian movies for that. Having said that, this movie is really well-done. I thought the actors/actresses did well, and the storyline was good and I was engaged the whole time. I really enjoyed all of it, all the way through to the end. I don't want to give any plots away, but I will say the ending was a surprise. I thought I knew where it was going, but I wasn't expecting that at all.
