This reboot is awesome. Its the same story as before. A boy named Ranma Saotome who is a martal artist falls in to the cursed spring of the dead girl. When ever he is hit by cold water he becomes a girl. He mush be hit by warm water to become a boy again. He is forced into an arranged marrage with a girl named Akane Tendo. Akane and Ranma have a love hate relatanionship that is exasperated by the arranged marrage. Several other characters are in love with Ranma and Akane respectivly. There is a martal art for litteerally everything. In the original Japanese version the original actors returned. In the English version we got brand new voice actors. I am so used to the orignal dub actors and I like them the best but the new actors are great too.

This show is about an alien family who wants to take over the earth who live in the suburbs. They have trouble fitting in in human society and the show treats it as a little bit of a race alagory. They actually have the racism coming because they are all evil and kill people on a regular basis. I love dark humor but this show is comepletely devoid of humor. These characters never tell jokes or do anything funny. The writters think that swearing and characters getting dismembered is a subsuitute for jokes. Stick with Sgt. Frog, Invader Zim, and Pinky and the Brain. Those series have characters that want to take over the earth but they have much better humor. This show would be alot less boring if the characters had witty lines and there was some physical comedy.
