First of all I totally agree with the comment given by the user Dave Abott. This is one of the best bollywood movie ever. It teaches how greed eats ones happiness. it also teaches how one should spend money carefully and how badly it effects when it is spent wastefully. But unfortunately half of the movie was filled with unnecessary comedies. By deducting the unnecessary comedies this should have more dramas relating to greed. This movie could have been the "LEGEND OF BOLLYWOOD" if it would had done that way. Especially, the acting of Sridevi who was perfect for the role of a greedy woman and Anil kapoor who was perfect for the role of a thrifty person and a loving husband. All and all I think this movie should have had some MORE family dramas rather than unnecessary comedies.
Before watching this movie, i had a nice expectations because this film was directed by Karan Johar and acted by Rani, Preity, SRK . but when i watched it, i got really shocked. i cant just imagine it was Karan Johar's film. Mostly I disliked when a boy and a girl fall in love with each other when they are already married to different people in this film. This cannot be an Indian culture. Karan Johar is a brilliant director. he could have found a good story for his film rather than making a film like KANK. Films like K3G, Kal Ho Na Ho were much better than this film. And I thought this film must be like those films. Anyways, i would like to request Karan Jee and other directors that please try to understand what audiences like and dislike. Because, when a film doesn't appear with a good story than it effects only audiences, audiences have to waste their money and time. And i think it will be better for the directors (including Karan Jee) that if they don't find any good or nice stories for their films than please request audiences to write nice stories and send them. It will be beneficial for both audiences and directors.
